Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand and comprehend the plan/drawing/schedule/technical details, etc. of his particular item to determine the full requirement
- Manage all parties involved in the delivery and completion of the item taking into consideration the best practices
- Responsible for finding, vetting, accrediting, and negotiating with vendors, subcontractors, fabricators, installers, service providers, and other -third parties required for the delivery and fulfillment of JPM’s projects.
- Negotiate for price, lead time, payment terms, and other necessary particulars and terms. Sourcing can be done locally or abroad.
- Maintain price competitive and profitable at all times and support design creativity
- Evaluate quality of the items
- With Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Open to Fresh Graduate
- With experienced reading Plans / Drawings / Technical details from Internship
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to Work Full Onsite in BGC Taguig
- Willing to attend Onsite Interviews
