We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You’ll be central to keeping our schedules on track and ensuring everything runs smoothly, so a keen sense of responsibility and a touch of assertiveness is key!💼 Schedule meetings and manage calendars 🙋 Manage interns, keep them on track, and handle interviewing and case study submissions 📋 Update and maintain the CRM 🔎 Research fun and interesting facts about new clients ✉️ Write and send cold-call emails Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role , and we’d love for you to have some overlap with Denver mornings (Mountain Time). ✅ Must-have skills:
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Google Sheets for organizing processes
- Excellent attention to detail (typos are not an option!)
- Ability to write effective cold-call emails
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or managing people
- Confidence in tackling small research projects
- Knowledge of CRM tools and systems
- Completing the application form on JobRack.
- Recording a short video introduction of yourself.
- If shortlisted, completing test tasks.
- Attending video interviews to discuss your previous experience and the new role in more detail.
