Role: National Sales Manager – Marketing / Business Development Objectives: Identification of new Businesses, Customers and applications to achieve Sales with good value addition in line with organization’s Objectives and goals, increase market share of existing business and work towards Customer satisfaction. Scope: Marketing department of Polymers Division Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify New Customers/ Pan India and applications with good value addition for increasing business
- Identify and work with OEM’s for new products / applications
- Work with existing customers and dealers/distributors for increasing business share
- Development & Utilization of available resources to develop a good sales force for organization growth
- Continuous monitoring of the market trend & growth to identify new customers/potential applications
- Provide continuous technical support to customers for achieving Customer Delight
- Identify and adhere to statutory requirements of the business to ensure good business ethics
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and ensuring no bad debts
- Market knowledge of Automotive & Polymer Industry
