Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions for complex business workflows.
• Understand user personas and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Take end-to-end ownership of components, including design, coding, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance.
• Write clean, high-quality code and assume responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Solve performance bottlenecks and optimize backend processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce high standards of code quality within the team.
• Collaborate with management, product, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver projects on time and with quality.
