We seek a driven and results-oriented Business Development & Inside Sales Representative to join our team part-time. - Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Cold Calling: Leverage your cold calling skills to connect with prospects, deliver compelling pitches, and set up meetings with decision-makers.
- Sales Pitching: Effectively communicate the value of FactoryJet’s SaaS solutions to potential customers, tailoring your approach to their specific needs.
- Email Campaigns & LinkedIn Outreach: Craft personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects and nurture relationships.
- Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with leads to maintain momentum and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in software or SaaS solution selling.
- Cold Calling Expertise: Proven track record of successful cold calling, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling pitches and persuasive emails.
- Prospecting Skills: Strong research skills and experience in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
- LinkedIn Proficiency: Familiarity with using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
- Sales Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to exceed sales targets.
- Global Sales Experience: Experience selling software solutions to global customers is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
