Job Title: Sales cum Operations Head Company: Exxeella Global Edtech Pvt Ltd Location: Hyderabad or Vijayawada Experience: 2-3 years in Sales and Operations Head(Overseas Education Industry preferred) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales cum Operations Head to oversee and manage the overall operations and sales functions of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and operations, with experience in the overseas education industry. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic planning abilities, and a passion for driving operational excellence while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of sales and operational activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Manage and monitor sales team performance, providing training and mentorship as needed.
• Coordinate with the management team to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
• Ensure efficient workflow, operational processes, and timely execution of tasks across departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze sales and operational performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present operational and sales reports to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in managing sales and operations, preferably in the overseas education industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
