Head of Finance

Head of Finance Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead our finance team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the statutory audit process, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries and filing of statutory accounts. Prepare investment reports and review accounts submitted by the Fund Administrator. Develop presentations and papers in support of Board, audit committee, and senior leadership meetings. Lead the annual budget process for the group. Review finance processes to ensure strong controls while maintaining efficiency. Treasury optimization and management. Support ad-hoc business development projects and initiatives. Requirements: Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA). At least 7 years of post-graduation experience in a relevant field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity. Proven track record in driving process improvements and team development. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Advanced user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and working knowledge of Oracle or similar. Innovative approach to tasks with a commitment to continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare industry. Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum. #J-18808-Ljbffr
