Project site location: Tuas (company HQ is near Bishan)1-year contract Basic salary up to S$8000 per month + completion bonus A leading power generator and digital infrastructure provider is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join them as a Project Manager (M&E, Data Centre). Job Responsibilities: Manage large and complex projects on site – liaise closely with the customers and building management on project specifications and ensure that the project is carried out according to the set timeline. Execute project cost estimates and ensure project profitability. Ensure that M&E drawings submitted by the sub-contractors meet the quality standards. Conduct quality audit checks on the appointed sub-contractors to ensure installation quality. Plan and coordinate appointed M&E sub-contractors for implementing the projects and engage with the company’s internal teams to ensure equipment delivery, installation, testing and commissioning are done on time. Provide the weekly progress report update to the sales & management team. Work closely with the project administrator to provide financial revenue phasing, project closure & project margin analysis timely. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Project Engineers. Other duties assigned by Supervisor. Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering. Possess at least 5 years’ relevant site M&E experience preferably in the Data Centre site preparation environment. Experience in project management including budgeting, planning, control & managing resources. Experience in presenting to project stakeholders. Well-versed in the Microsoft Office, Project & Autocad software.
