Role Description This is a full-time Remote role for a SailPoint IdentityIQ Sr Developer / Engineer at BLS 360 in Chennai, India. The Sr Developer / Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, integrating IAM systems, analyzing user access requirements, and providing technical support for identity security solutions. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Senior Developer/Engineer to lead the design, development, and customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for our enterprise environment. This role demands advanced proficiency in IdentityIQ architecture, workflows, integration, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, deep understanding of IAM principles, and the ability to deliver scalable and secure identity governance solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Customization :
• Design and develop advanced SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including custom workflows, rules, rule libraries, and connectors.
• Application onboarding using OOTB connectors, Custom Connectors and Hybrid connectors.
• Implement and customize certification campaigns, identity lifecycle events, and access request processes.
• Integration :
• Build integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, Workday, and other identity data sources.
• Develop and maintain custom APIs and plugins for IdentityIQ functionality.
• Optimization :
• Analyze and optimize SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations and performance.
• Debug and resolve complex system issues and implement enhancements.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and application owners, to understand requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

• Strong SailPoint Expertise :
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on development experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Deep understanding of IdentityIQ architecture, provisioning workflows, rules, rule libraries, and custom connector development.
• Programming Skills :
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL for developing and extending SailPoint capabilities.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration.
• IAM Domain Knowledge :
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including access provisioning, governance, SOD (Segregation of Duties), and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Enterprise System Integration :
• Experience integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with enterprise applications, databases, and directories (e.g., AD, LDAP, ServiceNow, SAP).
• Problem Solving :
• Proven ability to debug complex SailPoint issues, optimize performance, and enhance functionalities.

• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and tools for SailPoint deployments.
• SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ Certified Engineer).
