There has never been a more exciting time to join the team at the Adare Manor and we are delighted to be recruiting for a Full Time Host to join our Carriage House Food & Beverage Team. The Carriage House is the bustling social heart of our resort. Since opening in April 2018, it has gone from strength to strength with an amazing team, both front of house & back of house, and has become one of the most visited outlets in our Resort. It possesses a team of over 40 passionate professionals in the extensive operation which includes Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, Private Dining Area & al fresco style dining Terrace. Our team of Hosts are at the forefront of our Food & Beverage outlets; they meet and greet our guests and ensure they immediately feel welcome in the Outlet. They can explain our menus to guests, act as a food & beverage concierge, and serve as ambassadors for the Hotel. The successful applicants will be highly organized, well-spoken, and computer literate as they will be confirming dining reservations and managing on-the-day table plans, ensuring tables are yielded correctly. They will also be required to assist their colleagues on the floor during busy periods. Our hosts' professional attention to the minutest of details helps ensure that the guest's experience is seamless.
