Librarian - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a passion for books and knowledge, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful applicant should be able to work independently and be comfortable using modern technology to perform tasks such as cataloging and researching. The candidate must also have excellent English language skills. We prefer applicants who are Indian or have an Indian work visa but this is not a strict requirement. This is a part-time role with no accommodation provided, so you must live in the local area. Your main duties will include:
- Organizing library material
- Conducting research for patrons
- Cataloging materials into the library database
- Creating displays to promote library services
- Assisting patrons with their inquiries
- Providing instruction on how to use library resources effectively and safely
