Talent Acquisition Associate (1 year contract) - FINANCIAL INSTITUTION/up to $4.5k #HAO Salary: up to $4500 Duration: 1 year contract Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Job Description: Ensure a seamless interview process including coordination with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and provision of interview details and instructions to these stakeholders. Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, collection of employee documents, employee declaration etc. Administer pass application for employees and dependents, where applicable. Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate employee records in Workday. Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to stakeholders. Any other duties or projects assigned. Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources or similar with min 3 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in financial sector.
