We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee the company’s administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships to maintain a functional workspace. Administrative Oversight: Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to streamline workflows. Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and confidentiality of sensitive information. Human Resources Support: Assist in employee onboarding, payroll management, and maintaining HR records. Coordinate with HR to manage employee benefits, training programs, and policy enforcement. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including workplace safety and company policies. Prepare and present regular reports on administrative performance and operational metrics. Event Coordination: Organize and manage company events, meetings, and conferences. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution of events. Support to Leadership: Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in administrative management or a similar role. Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
