Architect[Central/Revit Modeling/ private and public residential projects prefer]

Job Summary Responsible for leading or co-leading project teams under the guidance of senior architects. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and manage the project team to ensure projects are completed within the stipulated timelines, budgets, and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Simultaneously handle multiple projects from the design phase to project completion under supervision. Ensure the project team adheres to company standards in workflow practices while proposing process improvements. Build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Contribute to securing new business opportunities. Review and oversee the production of drawings and BIM models required for the project, including submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection, construction drawings, and as-built documentation. Coordinate submissions to authorities, ensuring that all necessary forms, drawings, and BIM models are completed and submitted accurately. Engage with authorities on submission matters as guided by seniors. WHO SHOULD APPLY Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience as an architectural associate or a similar role. Possess a Degree in Architecture/Mandatory proficiency in Revit Modeling. Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Enscape. Experience in managing projects from concept to construction completion. Preferred experience in private and public residential projects in Singapore. #J-18808-Ljbffr
