Job Responsibilities: Conduct overseas site evaluations and assess engineering designs for Solar (PV) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across all project stages. Provide PV system proposal for Sales team Assist the QS team for BOM of the engineering design. Lead the development of Microgrid solar projects, working closely with subcontractors to ensure construction is up to expectations. Create the electrical design layout, electrical single-line diagram, panel schedule for project installation Follow through on the detailed engineering phase with chosen partners, ensuring adherence to Technical Specifications and relevant legal requirements as per contract requirements Offer technical insights for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities, such as developing O&M manuals and setting up solar monitoring systems. Job Requirements: Comprehensive understanding, technical expertise, and practical involvement in the design and construction of off-grid solar electrical projects with BESS. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or energy engineering from an accredited university. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering field. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles in AC, DC systems. Knowledge and involvement in HV transmission lines (AC or DC), HV substations design, construction, operation, and maintenance is advantageous. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. Capability to work independently, collaboratively within a team, and willingness to travel. Proficient in English, with effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to converse in mandarin with supplier is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
