Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait Job Opportunity: Restaurant Manager (Al-Kuwait) We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment and will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and customer service skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team of employees. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, purchasing, budgeting, and scheduling.
2. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick resolution to any customer issues/complaints.
4. Oversee staff training and development, providing guidance and feedback when necessary.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ordering of supplies as needed.
6. Develop strategies to increase customer base and improve profitability.
7. Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Previous work experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
2. Knowledge of Food & Beverage management principles.
3. Proven ability to successfully manage staff.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
