Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have a law degree and a minimum of five years of experience practicing law in a professional environment. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing legal documents
- Representing clients in court proceedings
- Advising clients on legal questions or concerns
- Reviewing contracts
- Understanding case law
- Conducting factual investigations
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Documenting legal transactions
- Attending trial hearings
Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. They should be detail-oriented with good research skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this position is 1100 per month.
