Change Partner - 24 Months Fix Term Contract

We are hiring an experienced Change Partner to support the planning and governing of the transformation agenda within the Product Model. Responsible for managing organizational readiness and embedding strategies within key audience networks. This role will ensure that change initiatives meet their objective by increasing success factors specific to their target populations, taking prior learning, current climate and capacity into account. The Change Partner will guide discovery, assess design, assess impact, design, build, evaluate, and embed change strategies to maximize program effectiveness for the short, medium, and long term. The successful candidate will be crucial in directing Primark through this growth phase. - Design and Deliver Change Initiatives : Lead change-related work for the Product Model Planning pillar, including impact assessments, learning needs analysis and communication strategies.
- Develop and Implement Transformation Strategy : Support comprehensive transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with business direction and other initiatives.
- Collaborate and Provide Guidance : Work with Change Pillar Leads and stakeholders to create integrated change strategies and solutions, offering guidance on project directives.
- Manage Change Activities : Apply structured methodologies to lead change management activities, measure success metrics, and monitor progress.
- Support and Align with Stakeholders : Partner with People & Culture and other teams to ensure alignment across communications, training, and delivery when necessary.
- Significant experience in change management across complex and varied environments, with a minimum of 4 years in global or cross-border contexts.
- Extensive experience in supporting significant business transformations from roadmap shaping to benefits realization.
- Knowledge in one of the business functions such as Buying, Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, and Supply Chain.
- Organizational planning and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage leaders at all levels and work collaboratively in a global environment.
