Boston's Bar seeks dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals. As a Head Bartender / Head Bartendress, you'll provide exceptional hospitality while preparing and serving beverages.Responsibilities:Perform tasks to service beverages according to hotel standards.Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage pouring, cocktail mixing, bottle flaring, and up-selling.Achieve guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through resource utilization.Set up bar areas and complete mise en place works on time.Offer trend-setting products, contribute to sales activities, and maximize revenue.Prepare store requisitions and bar requisitions.Handle guest complaints directly or refer them to the Bar Manager.Provide prompt services and treat guests and colleagues with courtesy.Requirements:Degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.Minimum two years of experience in Bar Operations.Excellent command of English.Additional skills: guest service and interpersonal skills.
