We build and continue to invest in world-class end-to-end operations and look for leaders to shape decisions for long-term success.We are looking for an HRBP to join our Gulf team in the Riyadh office. The international HR team is diverse and dynamic. Our members are spread over Turkey, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Saudi Arabia.Your Main ResponsibilitiesProvide a broad range of experience in employee relations, people engagement, talent management, and organizational development specifically for the Gulf region.Drive all HR processes within responsible accounts (recruitment, performance management, engagement survey, etc.)Be a partner across an HR matrix to execute end-to-end HR solutions and services.Provide generalist operational and strategic HR Business Partner support across responsible accounts.Develop effective working relationships with account's employees.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
