This role supports the Major Projects team in managing and coordinating bid responses, enhancing our work-winning capabilities, and driving growth in the Middle East.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.Ensure all documents are correctly filed, stored, and easily accessible.Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.Review and update documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards.Distribute project-related documents to internal and external stakeholders.Track and manage document revisions and ensure that the latest versions are available.Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of documents.Conduct regular audits to ensure document control processes are being followed.Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures.Assist in the preparation of project documentation for handover at project completion.Your skills and experienceBachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Document Controller in an engineering or construction environment.Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.Familiarity with document control software such as ACONEX, SharePoint, or similar.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Certification in Document Control or Records Management.Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS).What we offer youBring your knowledge and expertise to one of the world's most respected consultancies.Hybrid working arrangementsAttractive salary and benefits packageA strong commitment to your continuous development.
