Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates for various positions within our organization.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategiesSource and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksConduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fitManage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiationUtilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and generate reportsDevelop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and recruitment agenciesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitmentEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring processParticipate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company's employer brandProvide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesProficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR softwareDemonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment lawsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentExcellent negotiation skills and ability to close candidatesFamiliarity with social media recruiting and innovative sourcing techniquesAdaptability to changing priorities and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
