Job DescriptionOracle Applications HRMS and Payroll Functional Consultant with Arabic SpeakingArabic speaking is a mustFunctional Areas:Core HRPayrollSSHRPerformance ManagementResponsibilities:Strong hands-on experience with Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Performance Management.Support Oracle Applications R12.Expertise in writing and modification of Fast formulas used in Payroll.Knowledge of Oracle workflow, AME, and HRMS personalization.Proficiency in SQL and understanding of underlying HRMS tables and data management through each module.Excellent communication skills.Experience with ITIL V4 framework for managing tickets, changes, and interactions.Willingness to take responsibility and resolve tickets within SLA timelines.Ability to work as a team player.Minimum Requirements:Total Experience - 8+ yearsNotice Period - Immediate to 30 days.Mode of Employment - Retainer for 1 yearInterested candidates, please share profiles on (Confidential Information)
