Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to a large global client implementing SAP S/4HANA. Secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipating in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client's industry and business requirements.Learning about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY's Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements.Customize SAP PM and FSM functionalities to meet the specific needs of clients, including asset management, work order planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and service execution.Lead the design and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance and Field Service Management, considering best practices and industry standards.Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP Plant Maintenance and FSM architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.Producing key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.Sharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team.Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events.Skills and attributes for successStrong technical skills and keen ambition to develop further.Ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards.Client focused and commercially aware.Ability to build strong client relationships and professional networks.Excellent communicator in a range of situations, both written and oral.Relationship management skills with ability to manage client expectations and efficient and successful delivery of Tax services.Project management skills, ability to plan and prioritize work, and to meet deadlines.Team player; ability to integrate and build effective relationships at all levels.Outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output.To qualify for the role you must haveA third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.A minimum of 7 years' experience delivering in SAP Plant Maintenance and Field Service Management, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios.In-depth knowledge of SAP PM and FSM modules, including configuration, customization and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach.Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients.Ideally, you'll also haveRelevant SAP certifications in Utilities or related modules.Experience with full asset lifecycle management using EAM capabilities in S/4HANA.Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP Plant Maintenance and FSM solutions.What we look forSomeone interested in joining a dynamic team who wants to develop their SAP delivery and Business transformation expertise and broaden their experience in a fast-moving, technology-enabled business world.A team player with a strength in coaching and developing others.A good work ethic and openness to new challenges.Commercial awareness and ability to develop business opportunities in order to generate growth within the firm.Excellent communicator with an aptitude to build and manage key client relationships and internal network.About EYAt EY, you'll have the chance to build a career as unique as you are, with the global scale, support, inclusive culture, and technology to become the best version of you.
