Facilities Manager role: Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday Duration: 3 months temporary contract Location: Norfolk Main duties: • Contract monitoring of both the soft and hard FM contracts • Day to day management of maintenance, cleaning and portering services • Working closely with contract supervisors • Logging and reporting repairs needed and completed • Accurately competing paperwork
