About the Role: We're working with a Consultancy client of ours in London on an exciting new Treasury Director opportunity as the business continues to grow. This leadership position will focus on managing and mentoring teams across multiple locations (UK, India, Poland), delivering complex treasury solutions to clients, and driving performance within the function. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in consulting, preferably with a Big Four background, and a strong track record of success in treasury operations and technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams across global locations, ensuring collaboration, development, and high performance.
- Oversee the successful delivery of client projects within budget and on time, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Foster strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and proactively offering innovative solutions that align with their business goals.
- Provide in-depth expertise in treasury processes and technologies, driving process improvements and optimization.
- Support the development of team members, focusing on long-term growth and team building rather than individual contributions.
- Adapt quickly to evolving business needs, managing projects and teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence and create clarity through effective decision-making.
- Experience : 10+ years in consulting with a preference for Big Four experience.
- Team Management : Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple global locations, including India and Poland.
- Treasury Expertise : Strong understanding of treasury processes, technologies, and the financial landscape.
- Client Relationship Management : Skilled in managing client expectations and delivering high-quality results within budget and deadlines.
