- You will join an interdisciplinary development team consisting of a Product Owner, UX Designer, Agile Coach, QA specialist, and five other Delphi developers.
- You will develop new features using the latest Delphi version and actively contribute your ideas.
- You will independently plan and implement smaller projects, playing a key role in advancing the Pathfinder Suite.
- Your daily work will involve both backend and frontend development with databases, SQL, DevExpress, FireDAC, and REST.
- Optionally, you can also bring in your expertise in .NET (C#).
- Experience and Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in Delphi development (10.x) with a solid background in desktop application development.
- Design and Architecture: SOLID principles and Clean Code are the foundation of your daily work. You develop testable architectures based on Separation of Concerns, which are modular, testable, maintainable, and scalable. Design patterns like Repository, Factory, Observer, and Command are part of your toolkit.
- Testing and Debugging: Experience with debugging and profiling tools, as well as test frameworks for unit and integration testing.
- Refactoring: You have experience maintaining and modernizing existing Delphi code, bringing it up to current standards.
- Agile Work: SCRUM and Kanban are familiar to you.
- Technical Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of databases, REST APIs, and multithreading.
- Teamwork: You thrive in an international team environment and value working independently.
- English Skills: You use your excellent English skills to collaborate effectively with international colleagues.
