Uprated is an evidence-led digital marketing agency, based on the sunny south coast in Bournemouth. We work with a wide range of organisations - from well-known brands and charities to multinationals and startups, producing beautiful, bespoke websites and solutions, paired with a blend of digital marketing and insight services. As the agency continues to expand, we are looking to welcome a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our talented team. Collaborating with the wider digital marketing team, you’ll implement, manage and measure Digital Marketing campaigns (including PPC, Paid Social), targeting users with timely and effective advertising. You’ll focus on data segmentation, analytics and optimisation to ensure we fulfil our clients’ strategic objectives. You’ll have a strong background in Digital Marketing and Paid Media and be looking to develop further. You’ll therefore need to have a passion for all things digital and be keen to expand your knowledge and skills. This role is hybrid based with 2 days per week in our central office in Bournemouth (a short walk to the beach), with the remainder days being remote. Whilst we anticipate this to be a full-time position, we are also open to flexible working days and hours for the right candidate. Core Responsibilities This role includes working in our digital marketing team within the agency and will include taking responsibility for the following activities:
- Create and deliver outstanding digital marketing (PPC, Paid Social) campaigns that provide exceptional results for our clients, using data-driven decisions to optimise performance and ensuring that all biddable channels are delivering against their KPIs
- Deliver outstanding account management across client campaigns and projects, maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service
- Create compelling brand and generic search, shopping and display campaigns across PPC & Paid Social Platforms
- Deliver insightful digital marketing audits for clients in partnership with our Client Relationship Manager, identifying opportunities for new and existing clients
- Deliver 6-month account performance reviews, working to continually optimise performance on behalf of our clients
- Create and manage client reports, including recommendations based on your analysis
- Design and develop client reporting templates within Looker Studio, whilst working to enhance existing reporting capability within the agency
- Capture, organise and share performance data and client feedback internally to our leadership team
- Support with the development of presentations, proposals, briefs and pitches outlining opportunities with new and existing clients
- Monitor changes in the marketplace to ensure a strong understanding of industry news, trends and best practices across PPC, paid social and other biddable platforms
- At least 2 years experience of working in a similar, client-facing role within an agency
- At least 2 years of experience delivering exceptional PPC (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) campaigns for a range of clients, with Google Ads Certification.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering leading Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) campaigns for a range of clients.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge with a proven track record of account optimisation and performance delivery via effective campaigns
- Strong experience of client communications and client management
- Strong experience of Google Analytics/GA4, with the ability to use this tool in tandem with PPC, SEO & Paid Social activity
- Experience of report creation and delivery with platforms such as Looker Studio
- Strong experience of digital marketing auditing and documentation
- Strong experience of account configuration, tracking and tagging within Google Analytics, Tag Manager and the Facebook Pixel/ CAPI
- Strong communication, literacy and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- Experience with agency project management processes, software and tools
- Confidence working with Excel / Google Sheets
- An eagle eye for detail to consistently ensure high-quality output
- Passion for all things digital and harbouring a real interest in paid media platform changes and news, keeping up to date with industry trends.
- A salary of £34,000-£38,000 depending on experience, including regular reviews
