Job Title : Field Marketing Lead Location : Remote (commutable to our client's London office)**regional & international travel is part of this role Our client, an innovative tech company revolutionizing cloud-based development, is looking for a Field Marketing Lead . This role will work closely with the Head of Product Marketing, focusing on creating impactful, immersive event experiences that strengthen relationships with clients, users, and industry partners. This is a high-impact position requiring strong organizational and creative skills to lead event strategies, logistics, and execution across Europe and North America. Responsibilities
- Event Strategy & Execution : Lead end-to-end planning for third-party sponsorships, co-branded partner events, and client-hosted events. Responsibilities cover all logistics, from budgeting and vendor management to invitations, swag, and post-event follow-up.
- Event Innovation : Develop and execute event formats that align with our client’s brand, creating memorable experiences that engage prospects, customers, and partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of events, contributing to overall marketing objectives.
- Process Development : In your first 30 days, establish a roadmap for 2025, develop execution playbooks, and create a framework for engagement at events, including guidelines on logistics and communications.
- Expert in creating high-quality, seamless events and have a keen eye for detail, bringing innovative ideas to connect with customers through unique experiences.
- Significant experience in events or guest services (e.g., hospitality, high-end entertainment production).
- Proven track record managing event-related communications, pre- and post-event.
- Hands-on experience owning events end-to-end.
- Familiarity with event and marketing tools like Figma, Salesforce, and data analytics tools (Segment, Hex, Metabase, Mixpanel).
