Digital Marketing Assistant

About the company This dynamic and innovative eCommerce gifts and hampers company embarked on an exciting journey which saw them bring to Australia the unique "try before you buy" Germanic retail concept of unique and bespoke bottles and exclusively manufactured Australian-Made Liqueurs. About the role As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of digital marketing tasks, including:

• Creating and sending targeted email marketing campaigns to VIP customers using Brevo CRM.
• Preparing and scheduling social media content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google.
• Assisting with social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Uploading product photos and updating product information on the Shopify website.
• Applying discounts, promotional deals, and other website modifications as needed.

This is an ongoing temporary role, approximately 10 hours per week and can be remote or based in Ravenhall, Victoria. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have proven experience in digital marketing and ecommerce management:

• Excellent knowledge of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
• Tech-Savviness: A strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
