We're looking for a Manheim SureCheck Account Manager to join the Manheim SureCheck team. You will be liaising on a daily basis with the SureCheck Claims Team Manager. Your overall management responsibility of the Manheim SureCheck Account relationship and day to day client and customer relationships. Employment type: Permanent Location: Remote, regular UK travel with overnight stays. Sites located between Scotland and Cornwall. Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 9:00-17:30 (additional may be required) The Role The key responsibilities you could be looking after include:
- Developing long-term relationships with Manheim Auction sites and their customers.
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customer.
- Ensure the most cost-affective repair options are identified and utilised to ensure vehicles are repaired opposed to returned, wherever possible.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics. Using the MI to help train the inspections on each of the auction sites.
- Identify and grow opportunities within Manheim and collaborate with them to ensure growth attainment.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Provide effective communications with relevant Manheim Auction site Operation personnel regarding all aspects of the SureCheck product and services.
- Provide advice and support to the AutoProtect operations team including claims, Central operations and complaints.
- Maintain complete records of contacts and actions.
- Provide a liaison between Manheim Operations and the AutoProtect Operations team.
- Complete performance reviews with the client and feedback to the AutoProtect Operations team.
- Ensure all KPls are relevant and are being worked to.
- Ensure company service levels are adhered to.
- Represent Manheim to their clients regarding the SureCheck program.
- Work with the Chief Operations Officer to provide detailed Workflows.
- Negotiate commercial decisions and settlements with relevant parties where requested.
- Provide Technical Support/Guidance to Clients Inspection Team where necessary.
- Ensure the Company complies with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Ensure claims are adjudicated in accordance with coverage Client’s expectations.
- Other reasonable duties as required.
- Motor Vehicle Technical Qualification
- Experience motor vehicle assessor
- Strong negotiation skills

- Detailed understanding of motor vehicle systems, diagnosis and repair methods
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of the automotive and/or insurance industry.
