Administrative Support Officer - Health Placement Support Hub

The Health Placement Support Hub Administrative Officer is responsible for providing professional administration services timely advice support and liaison to students staff and external stakeholders in matters relating to fit for professional practice requirements and student support. Key responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks including procurement room bookings meetings building access and visitor logistics.
- Provide professional and confidential support to the Support Hub via reception phone email and general duties.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the Sonia Placement System.
- Facilitate communication and reporting between the Support Hub students Schools and external stakeholders.
- Advise and assist Health Students with professional practice requirements uniforms and general support.
