Key Responsibilities

• Identify client opportunities and covert them accordingly within FCA guidelines
• Networking to build your client base with ease
• Service existing accounts with client retention being key
• Annual reviews of your client base to upsell to products the client has not previously taken
• Provide outstanding professional and accurate customer service
• Be client facing in all that you do
