- Sales Ledger: Raise invoices and issue customer statements
- Purchase Ledger: File and post invoices, process receipts, and reconcile supplier accounts
- Banking: Perform daily bank reconciliations and assist with cashflow forecasting
- Monthly Accounts: Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- VAT Returns: Provide support with VAT returns processing
- Payroll: Help with payroll processing and related tasks
- Bookkeeping: Perform general bookkeeping tasks as required
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an accountancy-based role is essential
- Software Skills: Experience using accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks is highly desired
- Qualifications: A degree is not necessary—what matters most is your experience and enthusiasm for finance
- Attention to Detail: You're meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Team Player: You’ll be working closely with the Finance Manager, so strong communication and collaboration skills are a must
