Isometrix is an award-winning international lighting design consultancy working on challenging, cutting-edge projects worldwide with an impressive portfolio that includes a wide and varied range of projects (Lifestyle, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail, Residential, Exterior, Gallery, Exhibition and one-off Events). We are seeking a Procurement Officer to join our London studio. The role is key to our ability to deliver innovative lighting solutions and will have you maintain and develop new relationships within our supply chain, review and identify cost saving opportunities whilst maintaining or improving efficiency and interfacing with internal and external stake holders. The ideal candidate will have good project management skills, a good technical understanding of lighting products as well as a strong commercial sense coupled with experience in purchasing or procurement. Internal focus: Maintain a high-level understanding of the scope and status of all ongoing projects. Support the procurement team in day-to-day activities Contribute to implementation and tunning of our ERP system and keep records updated. Interfacing with our Lighting Design, Product Design, Audio-Video, Technician and Administrative teams ensuring a consistent information flow throughout the life-cycle of all projects. Assist with day-to-day procurement activities External focus: Maintain and develop new supply chain relationships assuring a favorable balance between Cost, Quality, Logistic - and service performance Negotiate advantageous agreements on behalf of the company and act as an escalator in case of supplier non/low performance Your ability to capitalize on your excellent communication skills in order to quickly build relationships with internal and external stakeholders along with being commercially minded and having strong project management skills and extensive experience in a similar procurement role will be the pillars of your success in the role.
