Integration Analyst ( Job Number: 25000001) Description About the role We are seeking two Integration Analysts to join our Technology team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in integration and detailed analysis to help drive the development of a robust, enterprise-grade Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). Your contributions will be key in ensuring the platform is architecturally sound, resilient, and scalable.

  • Provide accurate advice and support to internal and external customers on data models and integration solutions.
  • Generate and maintain integration specifications, including use cases, interaction models, data mappings, and business rules.
  • Contribute to planning and implementation of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules and alignment with project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with integration requirements.
  • Support testing, deployment, and production processes, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and standards related to technology, quality, and workplace health and safety.
About you You bring extensive hands-on experience in integration and data analysis. With strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, you excel at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, along with a customer-focused approach, empower you to navigate challenging situations with a pragmatic and proactive mindset.
  • Experience in agile methodologies for delivering integration projects, ensuring efficient and flexible development cycles.
  • Integration architecture, data analysis and design expertise, with a proven track record in designing integration systems and analysing data flows.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Azure integration platform, including utilising Azure integration tools and services to ensure seamless connectivity
  • Proficiency with integration and data software tools, including Postman, XML Spy, SoapUI, QueueExplorer, and MS Excel, for effective data management and testing.
  • Ability to analyse data and system integration requirements, supporting end-to-end integration flows through the creation of UML diagrams and detailed technical documentation.
  • Experience in data analysis and management of Canonical (Common) Data Models, including working with JSON, XML schemas (XSD), and data contracts for integration scenarios.
  • Skilled in reading/interpreting technical languages such as C# (.NET), JSON, XML, and WSDL, ensuring compatibility and smooth data exchange.
  • Work outside of normal business hours for key project & critical support related tasks at short notice. Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support.
