- Provide forwarding/logistics solutions to customers and guide the customer on shipping, customs clearance, and logistics matters.
- Update daily container movement planning.
- Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery to the final destination.
- Responsible for handling all shipping coordination including vessel booking, freight arrangement, shipping documents, and other related document preparation.
- Coordinate with 3rd party logistics service providers and provide full logistic support to the sales division.
- Liaise with customers for any inquiries.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Malay, Chinese.
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too; training provided.
