Principal Pursuits Partner - QNT

Due to an internal movement our Civil Infrastructure team in Queensland is seeking a proactive and collaborative Pursuits and Bids Lead . This role will lead the bid lifecycle for infrastructure projects working closely with clients and contractors to navigate bid processes and manage project pipelines.

• Acting as an independent reviewer and client advocate on mustwin decisions.
• Driving bid development for strategic pursuits in collaboration with bid partners and the wider bids and marketing teams.
• Crafting compelling submissions that highlight our value proposition service differentiation and key client messages.
• Managing the bid process alongside technical leads ensuring timely highquality submissions and presentations.
• Liaising with clients and participating in tender briefings debriefs and implementing lessons learned.

• Ideally 5 years of relevant experience in Bids and Pursuits processes encompassing all aspects of winning work including precontracts tendering and pursuits management.
• Proven ability to build strong internal client relationships gain trust and effectively support senior leaders in highpressure deadlinedriven environments.
• Infrastructure experience is required preferably with a background in Civil Infrastructure though candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and exceptional attention to detail.
