FX Sales Consultant

We are looking for motivated, passionate and results-driven individuals to join us on Sales Consultant positions at our Queenstown based store on a permanent full-time basis. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to international travelers, with a strong emphasis on facilitating foreign currency exchange transactions. If you are passionate about helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Your duties vary but primarily include:

1. Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency.
2. Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures.
3. Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales.
4. Participation in day-to-day sales activities and marketing projects.

We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

1. Flexible to work in late afternoon shifts during weekdays and at various shift times during the weekends.
2. Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, customer service and working towards set goals.
3. Service-oriented and always eager to deliver the best possible services for the highest possible profitability.
4. Responsible and have an eye for details, completing tasks with great accuracy and in a timely manner.
5. Team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
6. Good hands-on computer knowledge, mainly within Microsoft Office suite.
7. Have customer service experience or worked in sales activities.
8. You are fluent in English; your fluency in other languages would be advantageous.

Hours: Full-time hours (5 days working) each week including work on weekends and long shopping hours ( with consideration to seasonal changes ).
