This is a full-time role for a Closing Commercial Sales at Kohinoor Group, Pune located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following activities: Role & responsibilities:
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Preferably looking for a candidate having experience in closing
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Commercial Sales- Showroom & Office Spaces
- Knowledge of West micro-markets.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
- Good in closing and sourcing
- Good market knowledge
- Aware of market knowledge
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Post Graduate preferred with Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial sales experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate commercial Closing function.
- Extrovert personality and passionate about the field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Self motivated and goal oriented
