This is a full-time role for a Closing Commercial Sales at Kohinoor Group, Pune located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following activities: Role & responsibilities:

  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Preferably looking for a candidate having experience in closing
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Commercial Sales- Showroom & Office Spaces
  • Knowledge of West micro-markets.

  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
  • Good in closing and sourcing
  • Good market knowledge
  • Aware of market knowledge
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Qualifications:
  • Post Graduate preferred with Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial sales experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate commercial Closing function.
  • Extrovert personality and passionate about the field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Self motivated and goal oriented
