About the Job: WE are seeking a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset is needed to join a new consumer business setup. The role requires a passion for engaging with experts and a deep understanding of their needs. The role involves maintaining the brand’s identity across various HCP touchpoints and leveraging well-defined customer insights to craft impactful marketing campaigns. Role Specification:

  • Lead and develop Medical Marketing Strategy with Brand Strategy and comply to HCP Policy and government regulation.
  • Develop and execute Medical Marketing activities plan that are aligned with Business and Brand strategy.
  • Own and drive VMS range within medical channel developing marketing toolkits for HCP & chemists. Develop strong brand activation plans to engage with HCPs in trade and hospitals.
  • Monitor, tracks and assess the effectiveness of implemented activity/program and share adjustment ideas to enhance and ensure effectiveness.
  • Liaise closely with SFE, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Sales Leads to ensure medical GTM effectiveness using data.
  • Develop KOL as advocates ensuring strong relationship to gain patients insights.
  • Build and maintain Strong engagement, mapping and development plan for related National and Local KOL.
  • Own and manage Medical Marketing Budget accrual including Activity document completion aligned with Agreed Budget Projection Phasing.
  • Work with Medical Science to identify and develop engagement plan of national and local KOL and institution for related product.
  • Work with agency partners to develop winning communication and activations.
  • Data-Driven Approach – Develop data-led hypotheses, test them rigorously, and scale successful strategies.
  • ZBB Budgeting Norms - Allocation of budget for effective executing of marketing campaigns.
  • Brand trends – Vigilant eye on internal & external brand performance to execute market development activity.
Key Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in marketing or business Administration OR Equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or 2+ years as a Brand Manager in Pharmaceutical/Nutrition/ VMS industry.
  • Ideally a combination of Medical marketing/sales and Brand management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience, at multiple levels within the company and through various formats.
  • A strong business acumen and capacity for insight and analytics
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
  • Monitors progress & takes action.
Preferable Industry: Consumer Healthcare, OTC, FMCG, D2C Startups (Personal Care/Healthcare)
