Trade is a growing part of our business and we’re looking for someone with the passion to continue to ensure our store is the leading trade and home improvement destination/supplier for everyone from the home DIYer to the large construction company. We are looking for a new full-time team member to join our amazing team. Monday to Friday, (40 hours/week).
The ideal candidate for the role would be someone who:
- Trade, Timber and/or Production knowledge
- Quoting and estimating experience
- Excellent computer and administration skills
- First-rate communication skills and the ability to use these to build trusting relationships with both internal and external contacts
- Can-do attitude with a drive to learn and develop; you will thrive on understanding the end-to-end process of our busy Trade Team
- Genuine drive to see the business and our customers' goals achieved
- Demonstrates time management abilities and copes well in a fast-paced environment
You will also be:
- Comfortable using a computerized inventory control system
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and able to problem solve
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
