About the Business Unit SPOG is a comprehensive platform designed for modern service desk operations, incident management, and risk management, all powered by a robust Configuration Management Database (CMDB). With extensive integrations for monitoring and CMDB, SPOG ensures seamless and efficient management of IT services. Our platform offers extensive analytics for risk management, service desk, and incident management, enhancing both operational efficiency and risk mitigation. Additionally, SPOG features service maps created using the learned relationships from the CMDB, providing deeper insights and improved service visibility. About the Role This role involves crafting engaging content to boost brand visibility and drive audience engagement across social media, blogs, and thought leadership platforms. It requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers to create compelling assets, case studies, and technical storytelling. Ensuring high-quality, impactful content. Work Responsibilities:
- Write engaging and impactful social media posts daily to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop blog post daily, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user intent.
- Create detailed, well-researched content piece (e.g., whitepaper or long-form blog) weekly.
- Take end-to-end ownership of SPOG.ai’s social media handles, ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and engagement with the audience.
- Design and create content assets, including infographics, brochures, and presentations, ensuring they align with SPOG.ai’s branding and marketing goals.
- Work closely with customer champions to develop compelling case studies that showcase SPOG.ai’s impact and value.
- Develop whitepapers, newsletters, and other in-depth content that establishes SPOG.ai as a leader in the GRC domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, design, development, and product) to ensure all content aligns with business goals and user intent.
- Apply storytelling techniques to explain technical concepts, ensuring the content resonates with the audience.
- Ensure all content is of high quality, error-free, and aligns with SPOG.ai’s brand voice and tone.
- Manage the Social Platform and manage the design aspect of the content.
