Strong expertise in QMS implementation. Continual improvement at site w.r t documentation/5S/visuals/training. Manage Customer/Client Quality/regulatory & ISO Audits. Documentation of site quality and relevant functions as per QMS and SOP’s Effective implementation of SOP’s and other function SOP’s. Document control & issuance at site as per Intercos norms. Conduct GMP/GDP/GHP/5S trainings at shop floor team/officers/executives for quality improvement. Knowledge & implementation of Change control/deviations/OOS/Consumer complaint. Knowledge & implementation of RCA, CAPA, 7QC tools,5S etc at site. Collaborate global Intercos team for effective QMS implementation Monthly MIS data preparation and update on global SharePoint. Knowledge & experience of ISO9001:2015 QMS, ISO22716:2005 GMP and relevant Quality audits. Batch records review on daily basis as per Data integrity policy and highlight for closure of gaps and take necessary actions to avoid re-occurrence. Preparation of client visits and Audits. Conduct Management review and Internal Audits at site as per Intercos India guidelines. Support in Trials samples. Support cross functional teams as per the requirement. Perform mock recall as per Intercos SOP.
