About the Role The Senior Account Managers are responsible for developing and growing new business as well as strengthening existing client relationships. The purpose of this role is to provide technical broking and support liaising with clients, underwriters, and external partners, covering an established commercial portfolio. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
- Providing professional, accurate, and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities
- Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations
- Mentoring and guiding wider team members
- Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualification
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
