Job Title: Lead Business Analyst/Solutions Engineer - SaaS Software-Veoci 3 Positions NOIDA/NCR/Hybrid Full Time Position Summary About Veoci Veoci Inc. is a SaaS company that develops and sells solutions for based on a NOCODE platform that provides teh building blocks for process digitization. The features available in the software are specially suited for Emergency Management and Business Continuity Planning/Resilience. These building blocks can also be used to configure complex process for enterprise processes as well. Veoci is a robust, no-code application development platform that enables rapid creation of customized solutions from simple approval forms, to coordinated response plans, to highly complex continuity management programs –anything is possible with Veoci. Veoci offers the most straightforward, easy to use platform for an Enterprise to digitise processes and remove XLS and Other Data lying on employee desktops converting them into data tables shared across the enterprise. About Iprime We have been leaders in the IT world since 1990 . Working at Iprime Services , our Solutions Engineers work directly with US and Other customers to deliver complex process based solutions for diverse vertical solutions based on the Veoci Platform. Building on the Veoci platform , we enable enterprises, governments, universities, airlines , airports and hospital systems to run their daily operation and take real-time control when a crisis happens. A strong candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse group of people from different backgrounds and be able to listen to their needs to then translate those needs to the software. Position Summary We are looking for Senior Solutions Engineer who can lead verticals and build teams to support our solutions and customers. You would be responsible for understanding customer requirement and configuring applications on the Veoci platform. This role involves analyzing processes, understanding data flows and structures, and then digitizing them without the need for traditional coding. Solutions are built using Veoci’s intuitive point-and-click web interface. The ideal candidate will excel in collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, effectively listening to their needs, and translating those requirements into functional software solutions. Responsibilities
- Conducting client discovery calls to gather client requirements and feedback to refine and enhance the solutions.
- Configure and customize applications on the Veoci platform based on client requirements.
- Utilize the platform's no-code tools to develop solutions that meet specific business needs without the need for traditional coding.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and platform bugs, and propose digital solutions and enhancements (This includes providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients by responding to helpdesk calls and tickets).
- Translate complex business processes into streamlined digital workflows using the platform’s capabilities.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients during the solution design and implementation phases.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other technical teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.
- Work with sales teams to provide technical insights during the pre-sales process, including demonstrations and client meetings.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of configured solutions, including process flows, data structures, and user guides.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to both clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of the Veoci platform and other relevant tools.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve solution offerings and client engagement processes.
- Conduct in person and virtual training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure they are proficient in using the configured solutions.
- Perform thorough testing of configured applications to ensure they meet client requirements and function correctly.
- Identify and resolve any issues or bugs before deployment.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solution implementation projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement changes and improvements based on client feedback and evolving business needs.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or similar in a Lead customer facing role with experience in working with US and EU customers in particular.
- Min 80% in CBSE 12th Board (or equivalent) . This is a key requirement and non negotiable. We understanmd that after 10 years this may not be relevant but in our experience , this remains a valid evaluation parameter.
- Excellent English speaking , writing and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment and passion to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way as well as work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, as well as follow direction/instruction, as warranted
- Willingness and desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-organizationally with a diverse team.

- Proficiency in using no-code or low-code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, ZOHO, Sales Force, Noggin, Fusion or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of data structures, workflows, and process automation.
- Familiarity and knowledge to develop in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with API integrations and knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP).
- Proven ability to quickly learn all aspects of technical software products and configure/deploy
- based on client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and translate/develop them into digital solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and find effective solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing projects from conception through deployment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
- Ability to understand and anticipate client requirements, and tailor solutions accordingly.
