Introduction

The incumbent will be responsible for providing an effective Human Resources service by managing aspects of the employment process, adhering and facilitating compliance to SA statutory legislation and regulations, reducing business risk to SANBS whilst continuously striving to improve the service to our customers.

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Human Resources generalist role.
  • Experience in online recruitment and background screening
  • 1 year experience in labor relations matters

Other Knowledge and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation such as BCEA, EE Act, Skills Development Act, Labour Relations Act etc.
  • Competent in Microsoft-Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and SAP.
