The Impact You Will Make in this Role: As an IT eCommerce – Email to Order Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Led the gathering and documenting of country business and application requirements for a customer-facing order entry application. Create knowledge articles for IT Support and Business Process Support teams
- Implementing a global critical customer order entry capability within the existing system architecture
- Determines test scripts that validate gathered business and application requirements. Works with test lead to resolve defects.
- Supports eCommerce Product Owner to implement the solution globally while navigating system and business environment changes
- Willingness to be on-call (interest question)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of experience with Customer e-commerce Purchase Orders
- 3 years of experience in writing and maintaining application documentation for an IT audience (IT Product Owners, Testers) as well as business audience (End Users, and Testers. - Mandatory
- 3 years as a key contributor to projects by showing accountability for deliverables and consistently meeting project timelines. Team Player. - Mandatory
- 3 years of experience working with Software as a Service provider tightly integrated with company applications - Mandatory
- Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or business management from an accredited institution
- Three (3) years of experience migrating customer-facing order applications in a private, public, government or military environment
- Skills include fluency in English, results-driven, highly organized, strong communicator.
