About the Company: GroRapid Labs is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Marketing & Growth Intern to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who has previous marketing internship experience and is eager to dive deeper into outbound marketing, social media, and brand-building efforts. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and business development teams to enhance sales and brand awareness by generating new leads, expanding our sales pipeline, and driving new business through strategic outbound marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with business prospects and leads using established sales techniques.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify opportunities for increasing sales potential.
  • Accurately maintain and update our CRM with the latest lead information.
  • Contribute creative sales and marketing ideas during weekly team meetings.
  • Conduct research and analyze targeted prospects to support outbound marketing efforts.
  • Ability to work on tools like Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, CRMs etc.
Requirements:
  • Previous marketing internship experience is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, professional, and well-spoken, with friendly yet persistent cold-calling capabilities.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and step outside of your comfort zone.

  • Understanding the fundamentals of sales and outbound marketing, including the identification and categorization of personas, leads, and prospects.
  • Gaining experience in direct sales through email and phone interactions with potential clients.
  • Developing skills for maintaining CRM organization and analyzing marketing data to refine sales approaches.
  • Learning how to craft effective marketing and sales campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Canva, and Zoho
  • The ability to work collaboratively as a valued member of a team.
