Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote the benefits of the Gyanberry platform and our comprehensive counselling services. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, explaining our offerings, and driving conversions to enrol students in our programs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively engage with potential students and parents through calls, emails, and social media, presenting Gyanberry’s unique platform benefits.
  • Counselling Service Promotion: Promote Gyanberry’s end-to-end counselling services, including exam prep, application guidance, and document review, emphasizing how they simplify the admission process.
  • Sales Conversions: Drive conversions by explaining service packages, benefits, and pricing, encouraging students to sign up for personalized plans.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with leads to build relationships, answer questions, and address concerns, ensuring a smooth sign-up process.
  • Collaboration with Counseling Team: Work closely with the counseling team to ensure that students’ needs and preferences are properly addressed during the sales process.
  • Follow-Up & Feedback: Provide regular follow-up to potential leads, track their progress, and relay feedback to the team to optimize the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service or counselling or business development, ideally within the education or services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain service benefits clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple leads efficiently.
